Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue, Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts, Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. No cats allowed due to allergy concerns All pets are subject to an additional fee of $20 per pet. * If undisclosed pets are brought without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. * This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.) Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. “Great spot to stay RIGHT on the Main Street of big bear lake! Everything is walkable and very easy to get to. All the hosts were very quick to respond whenever we had questions! They even made it so easy for us to add an extra night to our stay. It’s an older apartment, but was very clean and located in a perfect spot with its own private parking lot in the back of the building. Will definitely look to rent this spot out again in the future!!”

“This unit is beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything for a super comfortable stay. The location is A+...the unit is located on a quiet street in the village shopping area of Big Bear Lake. It's walking distance from shops, theaters, resturants and pubs. There is a private parking lot for offstreet parking. The host are very responsive and are there for anything you need. I will be staying here again...for sure...and would highly recommend to anyone.”
“Couldn’t ask for a better location. Right in the thick of the main drag downtown. We were there off-season, so it was very quiet, but I can see the place being a little on the noisy side during busy weekends, but thankfully the bedroom is tucked into the back, so probably not a big deal at all. Only tiny drawback is the bathroom is a little tiny and could use a refresh, but a tiny quibble. Nice place, fair price, rent with confidence, and enjoy Big Bear Lake!”

“The place looked just like the photos and had everything we needed for a short stay — a small kitchen with pots and pans, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and a comfortable bedroom. We stayed for two nights and had a bit of trouble getting the bedroom heat going the first night (definitely user error), but the second night was fine. The living room stayed pretty chilly even with the heater on, which might just be the time of year (we visited in October). The location was great — right in the village, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, most of which were open even in the off-season. It was quiet overall, though we could hear people walking by late at night from the second floor. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host even let us know the unit was ready earlier than expected, which was a nice touch. The only real downside was that the bedding had a very strong smell of Raid or some kind of bug repellent, which was unpleasant. Would stay again.”

It was a cold rainy day and they provided heaters that helped keep it nice and warm. Very clean and smell nice. Very cozy as well. Look forward to another stay there.”
“Super cute, cozy, clean, right in the middle of the village, super close to accesible parts of the lake. Close to hiking trails! Hosts were very kind and responsive. They had clean sheets and extra Blankets. rooms warms up quickly and nicely, so read the signs because it can get very warm but they have fans for you. Hosts are very thoughtful and accommodating. Area is absolutely gorgeous, we ate poke, barbecue, and Thai food, all delicious and stumbled upon bars with live music, within a 1 mile radius of the place. 10/10 !”

“Wonderful location if you want to be in the middle of action!! Place was as described and was comfortable and clean. The unit was very close to many restaurants, ice cream and shops. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had all the needed amenities. Also nice to have a dining table and couch with coffee table. Was a bit loud in the late evenings on Saturday night but to be expected being right in the village. The rooms available that are on the back side of the building as a bit quieter. Host was very responsive and was able to provide us with early checkin. Will stay here again!”
