“Great location and wonderful amount of space. Hosts were responsive. Not very well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, cleaning supplies. There was no cooking spray/olive oil etc, only 1 bath towel per guest, and minimal cleaning supplies (no dish towels in kitchen, only 2 rolls of paper towels provided, etc). If you are staying- bring an extra bag with your kitchen and cleaning basics.”
“Had a wonderful stay here with enough room to accommodate our large group. We got to enjoy the views and had fun playing games of ping-pong & pool. We spent some time in the hot tub & made good use of the grill.”
“The house was lovely. Nice neighborhood. Close to the Snow Summit. Easy to get in. Responsive to my request. However, being responsive is not the same as solving an issue. We were unable to use the DVD as there was no DVD remote. The TV in the master bedroom was the only Tv without a Roku device and it was disconnected to the direct TV so I had to run a channel search just to get to the 4 Spanish language tv stations that were available. Several items just fell off …like the towel rack in the downstairs bathroom and the oven handle. They had coriander available in the spice rack but no salt or pepper. When I provided feedback that they were not understanding that we were premium customers paying over $1000 a night, Augustine responded that every customer is a premium customer which means that no customer is a premium customer. If you are looking for an experience that is commensurate with your outlay…I would recommend looking for another property managed by a different company.”
