“Beautiful home, the panoramic views were amazing!! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail really made a difference. The location was perfect, the hot tub with the view was just perfect, stunning, quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, our house was ready before check-in and offered an early arrival which shows how they truly care about their guest’s experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay!”

“The home was just the space that my family needed for our winter reunion. It was more spacious than the pictures made it look. We brought our own food to the home and the kitchen had everything we needed for a family of 14. Loved that each room had their own restroom and towels. Host was very responsive and check-in/check-out instructions were provided in a timely manner and were clear. I've already recommended this place to friends and would definitely stay again!”

“Upon arriving at the home, it is STUNNING!!! Looked even better than the photos. I give this place 5 stars. Although, the only thing is we couldn’t figure out how to use the hot tub, and the microwave. They were very responsive however in creating a solution for us other than that, the home is beautiful, extremely spacious, and we felt right at home. I would definitely book here again!”

“The overall booking and check-in experience was fine, property was well cleaned and presented. The biggest issue with the rental service was regarding communication. There was a scheduled power outage in Big Bear Valley due to high winds, yet we were not notified until after we reached out once power went out. It would have been nice to get a heads up as I could have brought a generator to account for the inconvenience. Overall, would recommend better communication of local events/power outages, especially paying over 2500$ to stay for a weekend.”
