The majestic high vaulted ceilings, coupled with the rich knotty pine and hardwood floors, immediately invoke the feelings of a grand mountain lodge. The Cabin thoughtfully houses two bedrooms on each floor, offering the optimal privacy for multiple families or groups, making it the ideal setting for shared memories and bonding, while giving you space for privacy. The spacious grounds also offer plenty of space to find a quiet place for conversation or coffee while reading a book or enjoying a view. This Cabin is a short walk to the Big Bear Convention and Events Center, which is home to the World Famous Big Bear Oktoberfest and Wyatt’s Grill and Saloon. It’s also a short walk to Big Bear Snow Play, which is home to both Winter and Summer activities such as Snow and Summer Tubing, a Ropes Course, and Go Carts Speedway. It’s also located close to the two main grocery stores in Big Bear. While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air. Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue, Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts, Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. * This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.) Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
