As part of this effort, we ve established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines. Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests (10 adults max). Parking: Space for 4 vehicles. There is no garage access. (Garage is converted into the guest house) EV charger w/ 220 power & 15 foot extension cord. Adapter is NOT included!! Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000. Pets: Pets allowed. (Max:2 pets) Pets Require Pre-approval: post-approval, A $125 pet fee pet pet applies (Charged post-booking) Unapproved Pets: incur a minimum of a $1,000 fine. Pet Guidelines: Kennel pets when unattended. Keep off furniture/beds. Clean up after them. Charges apply for pet damages. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. Check-in starts at 4 PM Checking In: * IDs are required at check-in. * You must be 24 years or older to book and check in. * You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. Just a quick heads-up: to finalize your reservation, we kindly ask that you complete our short rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip. Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue, Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts, Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. Adapter is NOT included!! *Quiet hours (9pm-8am). *No speakers or sound systems allowed at any given time per city code. *No parties or events allowed at any given time. * Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. * Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation. * This home is pet friendly! (Maximum: 2 pets) Pets MUST be pre-approved in advance. A pet fee of $125 per pet will apply IF the pet(s) has been approved. Pet fee is requested after the booking is confirmed. * If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. Pet Rules: - Do not leave pets unattended in the home unless kenneled. - Do not let pets on any furniture or beds. - Pick up after your pet. - You will be responsible and charged for any damages caused by pets. * This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.) Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever.
