“Este es nuestro cuarto año visitando big Bear, sin embargo, es el primer año que nos alojamos en este departamento.. en realidad está bien ubicado, le hace falta mantenimiento, todo se ve con mucho desgaste, al llegar le mandé mensaje para avisarle que está muy caliente el departamento a pesar de solo estar en piloto la chimenea de gas! Nunca tuve respuesta !! Abrí todas las ventanas por que tampoco podía apagar la chimenea de gas !! Decidimos los demás días quedarnos mejor en un hotel !”

“Perfect location downtown big bear. You can walk out your building and grab a gelato or eat at any of the numerous restaurants that's are walking distance. Not fancy but worked perfectly for our family. I couldn't beat the location.”

“My son and I wanted to be as close to the village as possible and this is in the village. Walkable to everything we needed and a great price. Will be staying here again on our next trip to Big Bear.”
“This residence was such a great stay. The best part was that it was right in the middle of Big Bear Village, so once you park your car you really don't need to use it again. There was some noise naturally since it is right near the restaurants but after 10pm it was very quiet. Make sure to read the description regarding no central AC so the living room will be coldest and the bedroom will need to be adequately cooled off. We were aware of this and didn't have an issue at all. The overall location has 4 potential stay units upstairs and two downstairs(I believe?). The host was very responsive. This is a perfect place for a few friends or a small family.”
“I loved my stay! This place is on the same street as big bear village but it’s so quiet and peaceful you would never know it. I absolutely loved being able to leave my room to walk to some of the local restaurants and the lake. Parking was super easy to find, the place was clean and has tons to offer. I will definitely be booking here again! I also want to mention that the host was amazing at communicating. They were proactive and friendly and provided excellent instructions. They were very easy to get a hold of if I ever needed.”
