“This place was everything we hoped for and more! The house had something for everyone. The basketball court, pool table, volleyball court, spacious grassy area, and playground were all huge hits with both the grankids and adults. Oh and we even went on a very short night hike with the grandkids on this 2 acres property! Grandkids loved it! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was also perfect—close to everything while still feeling like a great place to relax and spend quality time together. Overall we had an amazing family gathering,and wouldn't hesitate to book this home again. Highly recommend!”

“This property was far more than expected. the best house my family has ever stayed at. Normally we're always looking for something to do to keep grandkids entertained, this time the kids didn't want to leave the house. The backyard is absolutely incredible. The large grass area was perfect for the kids to play soccer, baseball for hours. The volleyball court and bocce ball area, and multiple places to relax made it enjoyable for everyone. Inside the home is just as impressive. Each room is well designed and comfortable. The house is so clean inside and out. If you're looking for a vacation rental that has it all, this is it. “We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spacious, clean, and very well set up for a large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather comfortably, as well as enough separate spaces for privacy. The location was also convenient and worked perfectly for our plans. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling with a big group and would stay here again.”

The space felt welcoming right when we walked in, and the attention to detail really showed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made the entire trip stress-free. “We had a wonderful Christmas stay with a large family group. Everyone had their own bedroom, with the master suite on the opposite end of the house. The garage had basketballs, volleyballs, and plastic disc sleds. The kitchen was a standout — We cooked and baked together daily, and it was a great gathering spot for snacks, drinks, and time together. There were plenty of pots, pans, baking supplies (including muffin tins), and even a crockpot. The small fridge behind the bar was also convenient for extra drinks. The only minor downsides were that the listing mentioned EV charger access, which wasn’t available, and the kitchen could benefit from basics like foil, plastic bags, or food storage containers for leftovers. Neither took away from how much we enjoyed the house, but worth noting for future guests. Overall, this was a fantastic home for a large group holiday stay. Comfortable, spacious, well-stocked, and perfect for making memories together. We would absolutely recommend it!”

“Overall our stay was pleasant. The house was beautiful and well situated. It’s a great house for families with little kids especially if there is snow because the lot is huge and mostly flat. Our group had an issue with the grill being very rusty and was not well taken care of/cleaned. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. And we were missing some essentials like a kitchen sponge, trash bags, extra towels and linens. But since the issues we faced are not house specific but service specific, overall I would recommend this place to others. One thing I know is likely a one-off issue but still was unsettling - I was contacted by a fake “SoCal Vacations rep” via Whtsapp, so I did not feel that my data was safe with the company. Even though the company was always quick to respond and courteous, I would rate our experience with the management company a little lower for the lack of attention to the details/essentials + the data breach, if it didn’t affect the house rating.”

“This place was one of the best places I've stayed at in Big Bear. Beautiful, spacious, aweskme kitchen with big ol backyard for activities! Also ample parking available for max 6 cars! Just an awesome experience overall, highly recommend this place for large groups! Will def be back.”

“The home was just as beautiful as pictured and was well suited for a large family. The hosts were very responsive, and overall it was a pleasant stay. We would recommend booking with them. That said, there were a couple of significant issues. The television in the main living area did not work, which was very disappointing, as we specifically chose this home for the entertainment it offered. Because the main TV was unusable, everyone ended up spread out in different rooms instead of spending time together, and unfortunately, we were not provided a resolution. Additionally, my baby found a dangerous item in the home under the couch that should never have been accessible to a child, which was very concerning from a safety standpoint.”

“Agustin and his team made our visit a breeze from start to finish. This home is absolutely gorgeous and has a stunning front and back yard. Inside the home was beautiful and well equipped for our large group of 12. There was plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was a dream! The host was very quick to respond when we had questions and overall we loved it! We would love to come back again sometime!!! Highly recommend!”
