Treat yourself to this fantastic Moonridge location that affords you breathtaking views of Bear Mountain Ski Resort & the surrounding mountains. This beautifully renovated cabin will entertain & spoil you and your guests from the moment you arrive. Create an incredible time with your loved ones playing pool, ping pong, foosball, or cards in the game room! Or you can hang out & relax by the fireplace in the spacious great room that features a gourmet kitchen. There’s plenty of exterior decking to enjoy the great outdoors, fresh air & star gaze! This property has a great floor plan featuring 3 bedrooms on the main living level and additional bedroom downstairs off of the game room. If you need to knock out some work during your stay, take advantage of the executive desk waiting for you in the primary suite. You can park out of the weather inside the garage. While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air. *Sleeping arrangement as follows: -Downstairs: Game room has two twin bunk beds one is twin over twin, and one is twin over full (5). -Upstairs: Main Floor Master bedroom has a king bed and a two-twin trundle day bed (4) Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a full (4) 2nd guest bedroom has Queen and full bed (4) *This home also comes with a pool & ping pong tables, foosball, a workstation, & BBQ! *This home does NOT have (A/C) *All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you! *
Check-in starts at 4 PM Checking In: * IDs are required at check-in. * You must be 24 years or older to book and check in. * You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. Just a quick heads-up: to finalize your reservation, we kindly ask that you complete our short rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip. Please also note that the cancellation policy begins the moment your booking is confirmed—not when the agreement is signed. Let us know if you have any questions. Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue, Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts, Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. Please note: the driveway is a bit steep and may be difficult for very low cars. *Quiet hours (10pm-7am). *No speakers or sound systems allowed. *No parties or events allowed at any given time. * Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. * Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation. * This home IS NOT PET FRIENDLY! If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. * This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.) Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. “As an avid big bear fanatic i go up to bear atleast 20 times every year for snowboarding and d bike park...i normally rent my self 3 or 4 cabins every year for the last 6 years and also with family and friends that rent more.....the only really annoying thing about this rental is the constant pressure on the amount of people and cars.... OMG on top of the normall notifications from airbnb i got like another 6 notifications for the same thing by the renters.... i have never encountered so much pressure.......”

“We had a great stay overall and the house worked well for our group. The dining table is massive which was needed for our family. Plenty of blankets and lounge spaces. We utilized the game room. The garage has plenty of space, which was really convenient for our truck, and the property was comfortable and as expected. The only small issue we had was that the hot water wasn’t working at first, but we reset it and it worked fine after that. Only complaint is the response was slow on how to fix it but it worked out because we ended up figuring it out before they got back to us. Just something to be aware of. The driveway is also a bit steep, but manageable. Overall, a good stay!”

“This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of 9 . We loved how spotless and homey it felt right when we walked in . This cabin definitely didn’t disappoint they have a great kitchen with just about everything you might need . If you don’t feel like cooking inside don’t worry they got you covered with a grill outside for guests to use . The house is so spacious & also with a game room area downstairs which was perfect for the kids to hangout . And let me bring up on how CLEAN & well kept this cabin was 10 out of 10 highly recommend this place ! (: Nothing was rundown everything worked great . The hosts are very friendly & quick to respond to any questions you may have . Thank you again hope to stay here for our next family trip in big bear .”
“We had such an amazing stay at this cabin in Big Bear! From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing mountain escape. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect cozy vibe . The location was ideal for our trip — close enough to the village, Bear Mountain Resort, and a short drive to Snow summit, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out super easy. Overall, this cabin made our trip to Big Bear even more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable mountain getaway!”

“Amazing views, my family and I went for the weekend for my birthday and it was so fun. It was close to the village and small zoo plus more fun activities to do. I think the only flaw was just that there wasn’t any warm water for a while and the oven or microwave and fireplace didn’t work as much. Other than that the game room was pretty cool and the rooms felt cozy. I’d definitely do it again. Thank you so much.”

I loved the decoration of the whole house also incredible furniture, kitchen was beyond my expectations, even has a crock-pot cooker that was very useful for my Thanksgiving dinner. Game room was wonderful for my kids...everyone was very happy there!”

“This cabin had a cozy feel. There was something for everyone. Everyone enjoyed themselves and it was in a quiet neighborhood, yet really close to everything. Perfect for families. The driveway was really steep, however, we appreciated the stairs to the left.”
“1, rooms too hot and cabin did not have AC 2, the outside porch was not safe and it had a caution tape, dangerous for kids to be out in the front. it was not worth the money we paid the master room bed was too high and uncomfortabl.”
