Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue, Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts, Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. “This Airbnb was perfect! It had lots of heaters to keep the apartment warm and the jacuzzi tub was a great way to warm back up after going snowboarding. The location is right next to restaurants and souvenir shops so it is quite convenient. The fancy folded towels and paper towels were also a nice touch. Admittedly, it took me a little while to find the parking, but that was because I was under the impression it would be behind the building. In actuality, it's right in front of where you enter the Airbnb, the Airbnb is just on the backside of another building. I'd highly recommend staying here!”

“The stay at the host's place in Big Bear was great. Being in the Village, it was in a great location of shops and restaurants just right outside of the building. I thought the hot tub in the front room was awesome and fun. The room felt homey and was festively decorated for the season. Checking in/out was clear & simple. “Absolutely splendid location, wonderful hosts, and they do all the things you HOPE these Airbnbs will do; they keep incredibly useful amenities and extras loaded in all the closets. need extra, comfy pillows? They have them. need extra blankets? tons of them. The kitchen was stocked full of everything I needed to cook, and it's touches like those that are what make affordable stays just home run stuff. Seriously, this room has a Jacuzzi tub and a fireplace, IN THE VILLAGE! You feel like a spoiled traveler for sure.”

“We had a fantastic stay here! The location could not be better. It is right on Main Street in Big Bear Village, so we were able to walk to all the local bars, shops, and restaurants. Some of our favorites were 572 Social for a fun atmosphere and Himalayan Restaurant for something different and delicious. After a day out, the jacuzzi was perfect to relax in and unwind. The home was comfortable, clean, and made for an easy, enjoyable trip. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Really wonderful place. The only thing I would have liked was clearer check in instructions because we had to wait outside in the heat while they verified my ID and sent me the code to get in. Other than that, the rental was amazing! Great location. You are literally right in the village so you can walk to the lake, get food, souvenirs, etc. It was so relaxing to get in the jacuzzi after a long day out. I hope to be back soon and will definitely be recommending this rental to my family. I really enjoyed our stay!”

“We enjoyed our stay. It looked bigger than it did in the pictures, which was great for our two large huskies. The bed was on the stiffer side, but even my husband who enjoys a softer mattress said it was really comfy and would fall asleep immediately. The location is walking distance from The Village which includes several restaurants and dessert shops along with live music at night. Another plus was the free parking spot which is right behind the building and made it easy to load and unload.”
