Check-in starts at 4 PM Checking In: * IDs are required at check-in. * You must be 24 years or older to book and check in. * You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. Just a quick heads-up: to finalize your reservation, we kindly ask that you complete our short rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip. Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue, Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts, Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time. * Parking Details: Max of 4 cars on-site. (Does have garage access) *Quiet hours (10pm-7am). *No speakers or sound systems allowed. *No parties or events allowed at any given time. * Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. * Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation. * This home IS NOT PET FRIENDLY! If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. * This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.) Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. “The home was beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. The amenities were well thought out for families with plenty for the kids to do to stay entertained, and plenty of space for lounging, playing games, reading or watching TV. It has a beautiful and well-appointed kitchen and the location is close to the town center with numerous restaraunts, shops, etc. Outside is a fire pit and a gas BBQ. This home literally has everything you can think of and more! My family has already claimed it as our annual winter retreat location moving forward.”
“Comfortable. No backyard. Super close to the slopes. Beds were not so comfy. They watched our every move. Not sure why they were so peculiar about us having friends over. Throughout our stay we had people come over during the day. We never were loud but they reached out multiple times about having people over. Was frustrating.”

“What a gorgeous place to stay in Big Bear. From the beautiful decor perfect for mountain living to the many amenities offered including EV charging, fluffy robes, activities including board/card games, pool and arcade game room, coffee and tea/jam assortments and beautiful views with both indoor and outdoor living. We walked to numerous hikes, Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Moonridge Coffee and the Big Bear Zoo. The gold course is walking distance and the village is a quick drive down into town. Everything is conveniently located. The rental team was communicative and positive in their instructions and we would highly recommend this mountain oasis. We will definitely be back!”
“This was a great place to stay! My family of 8 came and had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious and well-stocked with supplies so we were able to cook a full thanksgiving meal. It’s a great location for days when we wanted to get out of the house but had plenty to do at home for days we didn’t. You can tell that a lot of thought and care went into making this feel comfortable and welcoming for guests. Definitely one of the best Airbnb’s my family has been to! We hope to return!”

The house is spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable family getaway. The game room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are all tastefully furnished and well-equipped. We appreciated the thoughtful touches—bathroom essentials, a wide selection of teas, ample cleaning supplies, and even extra trash bags and dish soap. Everything was clearly arranged with guests’ comfort in mind. The house also features a great patio with a BBQ area. Everything feels fresh and new, with a recent renovation and a high standard of cleanliness. The beds are very comfortable, and there are extra blankets and linens available.
