Inside, you'll find two inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to six guests. After a day outdoors, unwind in the private hot tub or sauna, gather around the fire pit, or relax by the fireplace. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, a BBQ, outdoor seating, and a private garage, making your stay as comfortable as it is memorable. Three convenient routes (Red, Blue, Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts, Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport on a scheduled route. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. ✅ Important Information – Please Read Before Booking To ensure a smooth stay and compliance with local City regulations, please note the following: * You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed and will be required prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete it within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip. * The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. Cancellation terms may vary by season or demand. * The primary guest must be 24 years of age or older and present during the stay. * No parties or events are allowed, per City ordinance. *Quiet hours (10pm-7am) enforced by the City. No speakers or sound systems allowed. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation. * Trash must be taken to designated City clean sites, as required by local regulation. * Hot tubs, when provided, operate in compliance with California safety standards, with a maximum allowable temperature of 104°F (40°C). * This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.) Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. *It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you. *This home does NOT have central (A/C). *All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you! *Disclosure: All our pictures are for displaying the home. “It''s a beautiful home in Swedish/Scandinavian style, very cozy and cute! The tall stairs might be a problem for some people, so if you have trouble going up multiple stairs, this is not a place for you. We also had a problem with sauna (and that was the main reason why we booked this place), the breaker kept going off, so we we were only able to use it one day out of three. Also, the balcony, which is really nice to have breakfast on and just to sit on while somebody is grilling, was very dirty, unswept, with all furniture covered, which seemed like for very long. I had to sweep it and clean it all myself, so that we could use it. It also stated that it sleeps six people, but there was only enough bedding for two full-size beds. When I asked for separate bedding for my son, I was told that there are none. (I later found some in the laundry room myself). Otherwise, I love the style of the home, comfortable beds, and the kitchen was great!”

Has everything you need with the added bonus of being thoughtfully decorated - classy and homey. Walkable to the ski lifts. Quiet and serene. Perfect little escape and I look forward to coming back.”
