(Sleeps 4) -Jack N Jill Bathroom -Laundry room (detergent, fabric softener, or dryer sheets are not supplied.) -Bedroom w/ Queen Bed & smart TV. (Sleeps 2) -Bedroom w/ Queen Bed. (Sleeps 2) -Guest Bathroom -Master Bedroom w/ King bed, private balcony, smart TV, wood burning fireplace (Wood is not supplied). As well as en suite bathroom w/ dual shower, jetted tub, double sink, and fire TV. (Sleeps 2) 3rd Floor, Bottom Level: -Kitchen w/ basics needed to cook, pantry, trash compactor, 2 ovens, and 2 refrigerators! Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook, desk/workspace & Fire TV -Dining area w/ wood burning fireplace. (Wood is not supplied) -Living room w/ smart TV, foosball table, & gas stove w/ fake logs. -Entertainment room w/ surround sound, Smart TV and Queen pullout couch. (Sleeps 2) -Guest Bathroom -Bedroom w/ King bed (Sleeps 2) -Bedroom w/ King Bed (Sleeps 2) -Access to outside area. -Outside: Propane BBQ, Hot Tub, Propane Fire pit, seating, hammock, swing, lake/dock access, & amazing lake views! *This home has a foosball and ping pong table. *The dock is only available during spring/summer months. *This home does not have central AC, only central heating. *All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you!
Check-in starts at 4 PM Checking In: * IDs are required at check-in. * You must be 24 years or older to book and check in. * You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. Just a quick heads-up: to finalize your reservation, we kindly ask that you complete our short rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip. Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue, Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts, Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. Please see house rules prior to booking. Thank you! * Per city permit this home can accommodate up to 16 people, 14 Adults Maximum then kids and any combination in between. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time. * Parking Details: Max of 6 cars on-site. (Does have garage access) IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The city of Big Bear lake will count any boat trailers as one of your vehicles. If you will have any trailers, include them in your car total. Maximum of vehicles can not be exceeded at any time. *Quiet hours (10pm-7am). *No speakers or sound systems allowed. *No parties or events allowed at any given time. * Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. * Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation. * This home is pet friendly! (Maximum: 2 pets) Pets MUST be pre-approved in advance. A pet fee of $125 per pet will apply IF the pet(s) has been approved. Pet fee is requested after the booking is confirmed. * If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. Pet Rules: - Do not leave pets unattended in the home unless kenneled. - Do not let pets on any furniture or beds. - Pick up after your pet. - You will be responsible and charged for any damages caused by pets. * This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.) Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. “This was the perfect spot for our group of 4 little families. The layout is sprawled out. The separation of rooms and floors made it easy for everyone to find a quiet corner to recharge. We loved cooking together in the spacious kitchen (they had all cooking and baking tools/dishes) and hanging out in the roomy living area, while the kids had a blast with their own shows in the bonus theater room. The backyard was a total highlight! Between the spacious hot tub, the swings for the kids, and that beautiful water view, we couldn't have asked for more. To top it off, we got to watch the snow fall over the yard on our last night, it was absolutely magical. Thanks for hosting us!”

“This property was in a great location! We had a beautiful view from our balcony. It was on the lake, we were able to do some fishing and we did catch some fish. It is a charming, spacious, older home. It accommodated our family very well. Everything worked perfectly I have to say, all the tv’s, appliances, heater and WiFi! Which was great because we still had to do some work. Augustin, Sonia and Ciro Andres were very responsive at all times. Ultimately we had a beautiful stay with our family on this property. It was a blessing!”
